Cancellations
We know mistakes happen or that you might suddenly get a moment of financial clarity! We might be vultures, but we’re not assholes. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please email us immediately at hello@popvulture.com.au.

Before posting: If we haven’t sent your order yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

After posting: Once your order is with the courier, we cannot cancel or intercept it. In this case, you will need to follow our 14-day return process below once your package arrives. Please note: change of mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
14-Day Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund to your original payment method, less a 20% restocking fee. As a small business, this fee is essential to help cover costs associated with returning your order.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in "as-new" condition:

Unworn & Unwashed: Items must not have been worn (beyond a quick try-on), washed, or altered.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Cleanliness: Items must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or pet hair. If it smells like a nightclub or your cats, we will post it right back to you.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold. No make-up tutorials in your item if you intend to return it.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We obsess over every stitch and every detail before we ship your order. As a company run by real people (and remember no millionaire shareholders!), sometimes we might miss the mark and let something through our rigorous quality control process that isn’t up to the quality that you or we expect.
If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right.

Assessment: Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Note: As our garments are typically not suitable for repair, we focus on providing a replacement or refund to ensure you receive a product of acceptable quality. We donate all items that can't be resold — less the unhinged embroidery. Imagine donating something that said “SWEET TREAT SLUT”. Probs not the vibe.

Return Postage & Fees
Costs associated with change of mind returns are your responsibility. We cover the cost of return shipping for verified faulty goods.
We cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
We will include postage instructions to you once you get in touch with us.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved Change of Mind Returns: We will issue you a store credit within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Approved Warranty Returns: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Delays: If 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the funds, give your bank a call and see if there’s any issue. If you require further help shoot us a message at hello@popvulture.com.au.
Australian Consumer Law
Our policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies the consumer guarantees you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
In Australia, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
